Registration Information
The ETNCC 2025 registration fees are as follows, and must be paid in USD or in local currency (NAD) as per the exchange rate at the time of the payment. Note that the amounts in the table are in US Dollars (USD)
Note that the early bird period ends on 05 June 2025.
Each paid registration covers only one presentation. The maximum limit for each Author is two presentations, and the presentation of a second paper will incur a charge of USD 50.

- Select “General Payment”, accept the terms and conditions, and complete the security captcha.
- Enter the payer’s personal details, select the type of general payment (e.g., Conference), and enter the amount.
- Click “Make Payment” - you’ll be redirected to the secure DPO page. For USD to NAD conversion, please use https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ at the time of the payment.
- Enter your personal and card details (Details entered on the card payment page should have no punctuations/ special characters)
- Tick to accept the DPO terms & conditions
- Click “PAY” to complete the transaction.
The registration package includes:
Entrance to all sessions of the conference, including paper presentations and keynote sessions
Certificate of Participation OR Presentation of Paper for a registered person only (e- Certificate)
Conference proceedings (Soft Copy)
